Creating Subusers
- Settings > Sub-Users > Add User.
- Enter email, generate password (they can reset).
- Assign permissions per section (see below).
Role Types
- View-Only: Dashboard/logs, no actions.
- Operator: Start/stop, console, file read.
- Admin: Full access except deletion/billing.
- Custom: Granular checkboxes (e.g., file edit only).
Permissions Breakdown
- Server control (start/stop/restart).
- File management (edit/upload/delete).
- Settings/schedules modification.
- Backup create/restore.
- Subuser management (admin only).
Management
- Edit: Change permissions or password anytime.
- Revoke: Delete user (instant logout).
- Audit: Logs show actions per user.
Subusers get TCAdmin-only access (no WHMCS billing). For billing access, use WHMCS contacts instead.
