Cancellation Process
- Client area > Services > Request Cancellation.
- Choose: Immediate (stops now) or End of cycle (runs to expiry).
- Reason optional; helps improve service.
Refund Policy
- 72-hour money-back: Full refund if <3 days, <2GB usage.
- Prorated: Partial refund annual plans (mid-year cancel).
- No refund: Monthly after 3 days, abuse/TOS violations.
Post-Cancellation
- Backups: Download within 7 days (then auto-deleted).
- Reactivation: Ticket within 30 days (data may persist).
- Account: Stays active for future orders.
Disputes
- Ticket billing dept with invoice number.
- PayPal/CC disputes delay refunds—contact us first.
Cancellation confirmed via email. No surprise charges.
