Upgrading
- Services > Your Server > Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Select new slot count/plan; invoice generates.
- Pay invoice: TCAdmin updates limits immediately (restart to apply).
Downgrading
- Same process; credit applied to next invoice.
- Takes effect next billing cycle (avoids mid-month disruption).
- Backup first—data loss if downgrading storage.
Prorated Costs
- Upgrade: Pay difference for remaining days.
- Downgrade: Credit future invoice.
- Example: 20→50 slots mid-month = 50% cycle charge.
Limits
- Can't downgrade below current usage (e.g., 30 active players → 20 slots fails).
- Ticket for custom migrations (game/datacenter switches).
Changes log in TCAdmin; restart server post-upgrade.
