Ordering a game server through our WHMCS portal powered by TCAdmin is quick and automated. Log in at fpsdedicated.com/clientarea, then browse packages to select your game, location, and slots.

Step-by-Step Ordering

Navigate to the "Order Now" buttons on our site or packages in the client area.

  • Select your game (e.g., Minecraft, Rust, ARK) from the package options—each ties to a specific game ID in TCAdmin.whmcs+1

  • Choose location/datacenter (e.g., US East, EU West) via configurable options or custom fields.[docs.tcadmin]

  • Pick slot count (e.g., 10, 20, 50) using "Game Slots" or "Game Additional Slots"—prefix with PRI for private servers.docs.whmcs+1

  • Add extras like RAM, private/public status, or branding if offered in the package.[docs.whmcs]
Complete payment; TCAdmin provisions the server automatically using your selections (game ID, slots, datacenter).tcadmin+1

Post-Order Access

Your server appears in the client area dashboard shortly after approval.

  • Direct login to TCAdmin panel from WHMCS for management (start/stop, configs, mods).[docs.tcadmin]

  • Check service status, IP/port, and RCON/private passwords (auto-generated if unspecified).[docs.tcadmin]

  • Upgrade/downgrade slots or switch games via package upgrades.[docs.tcadmin]

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Slots determine pricing and resources (e.g., 20 slots ≈ 2GB RAM for many games).[docs.whmcs]

  • Private servers (PRI prefix) require a password for joining.[docs.whmcs]

  • If provisioning fails, view logs in TCAdmin or open a ticket—common issues: invalid datacenter ID or slot limits.[docs.tcadmin]
